At Erie Home Midwest, Inc., we take customer feedback seriously. So seriously, in fact, that we have partnered with GuildQuality as a means of systematically collecting customer feedback and using the feedback we receive to build an even better company. We have been a GuildQuality Guildmember since 2011 and actively rely on the GuildQuality online feedback-capture platform to solicit feedback from our customers in multiple states. The feedback that we have received over the course of the last several years has been instrumental in helping us to identity what we are good at – and also, what we could possibly do better. As of March 2015, we have received nearly 1,000 unique customer feedback surveys through the GuildQuality platform, and continually welcome the opportunity to receive constructive feedback from our valued customers in this way.
What, exactly, is GuildQuality, and why is it so important to the day-to-day operations of a company like Erie Home Midwest, Inc.? GuildQuality is a web-based customer satisfaction surveying platform designed for small-to-midsized home builders and remodelers. Its mission is to connect people with information that’s relevant to the betterment of the building profession, and to be a place where consumers can go to read unbiased, detailed reviews from previous customers to assess the quality of a company they are thinking about hiring for a home improvement or home remodeling project. Using mail, e-mail, and the telephone, GuildQuality is able to capture reliable feedback from approximately 70 percent of a Guildmember’s customer base. At Erie Home Midwest, Inc., this high level of customer responsiveness enables us to conduct an ongoing “self review” with the goal of indentifying ways in which we can become the absolute best company that we can be.
